In the ‘Job Description’ please provide as much detail as possible, such as:
Property details:
• Type of property ie. House, townhouse, apartment, office, boat, car, etc
• Access to the property - is it at street level, up/down a steep driveway, lift access, stairs, etc
• Will the areas being cleaned be empty or furnished
• Will the electricity and water supply be on
• Specific date or time requirements
Carpet Cleaning requirements:
• Number of rooms and/or dimensions of each area being cleaned
• Number of stairs and landings to be cleaned?
• Type, colour and age of carpet
• Level of soiling ie. Low / Medium / Heavy
• Details of any significant spots/stains that require attention
• When was the carpet last cleaned, by whom and method used (Steam or Dry) - were you happy with the results. If not, please explain
• Would you like a quote for optional treatments for carpet stain protection, dust mites or static electricity
Upholstery Cleaning& Mattress Cleaning requirements:
• Level of soiling ie. Low / Medium / Heavy
• Details of any significant spots/stains that require attention
• When was the item last cleaned and by whom - were you happy with the results. If not, please explain
• Would you like a quote for optional treatments for fabric stain protection or dust mites
For Upholstery please specify: • Type of covering ie. Microsuede, Cotton, Leather, Vinyl, etc
• Number of seats ie. 2 seater, L-shaped 5 seater, 3 seater + chaise, ottoman, armchair, etc
• Type, colour and age of item
For Mattresses: please specify • Number and Size ie. 2 x Single, 1 x King Single, 1 x Queen, etc
• Which sides to be cleaned ie. Top only, top & bottom, top & sides, whole mattress
• Any bed head, throw-on cushions, etc to be cleaned. If so, please specify size and number of items
